You do what I ask and do not push to get other things done, which has happened with other vehicles I have owned. When that happens I went to different service centers.

Vehicle reviewed for work to be done upon arrival. Clean, comfortable waiting area w/complimentary coffee & snack counter. Has improved over time also. Service person notifies of work being done and calls by telephone if you do not chose to stay in Wait area.
