Five Star Customer Service!
I purchased my vehicle from this dealership in 2017, and I have been driving an hour’s distance back to this dealership in order to have it routinely serviced; because, each staff member (service advisor, cashier, mechanic, and car detail crew) has been so helpful, service-oriented, and worked hard to ensure your time there is as pleasant as possible. In fact, Advisor Roger is the epitome of five star service! He probably will not like me pointing him out, as they all do work together as a team, but truly he makes us feel like family and we so appreciate him.

Since buying my 2011 Sonata at Hyundai of St. Augustine, I've always used their service department. I continue to receive excellent service along with honest information with professionalism exhibited by all employees. (Roger Young exemplifies these characteristics especially.) Another positive experience
I took our car for an oil change a few days ago. I live about 25 miles away, but I don’t think of going some place closer. The folks in the service department take care of things in a friendly and timely manner. Roger oversaw the service and we got to talk a little bit. He’s a good good guy!

In my opinion Hyundai of St Augustine has the best service. My car is almost 9 years old and continues to run like it did on day 1. I wouldn’t consider taking my car to any other dealership.
