I was immediately greeted by an employee upon arrival at the service center who checked me in, then passed me along to Ricardo who guided me the rest of the way through the service process. Ricardo listened to all of my concerns and took the time to address each one of them based on his knowledge, which was quite substantial. He even came to find me twice during the repair process to address specific issues (nasty air filter, no tread on one tire, etc.) to ask my permission to replace them or leave as they were in order to keep the cost of repair down, which I really appreciated.

The ultimate cost hurt the wallet a bit, but dealerships do tend to be a bit more expensive. You get what you pay for, though. I am thoroughly impressed and very happy with the repairs and condition of my car. Thanks, Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale! :)

The interior of the dealership itself is super clean, really comfortable chairs in the waiting area and free WiFi so I could work while waiting for my car to be repaired.

service takes so long, even with appt!

my car was there for 4 hours and I feel like longer if I didn't call to check up on it.

Generally we try very hard to find the balance between diagonsising the car correctly while respecting your schedule. Your car went in to the first available qualified technician. We understand the trust you place in us when you give us your car and we truly do everything we can to complete repairs quickly. It is always difficult to predict how long diagnosis will take, but please know we really do respect your time and work hard to get your car back to you without delay.

Excellent customer service!

Ricardo was excellent! I was in a bind because my car was acting up, however I needed to get to work. Although they didn't have any loaner cars available, he called Enterprise and arranged for me to have a rental. The whole process was quick and easy!
