best dealership I have ever dealt with in 50 years of car ownership, both from sales as well as service standpoint. They actually do what they say they will do, and do so in a timely manner at a fair price.

Great service. Shuttle provided transportation to and from work so I didn't have to wait. Professional, efficient and pleasant staff!!!

Service when you need it
The service team at this location is so solid. Responsive, professional, willing to help, can't ask for more. The Equus crew take pride in what they do which is clear with my car always cleaner than when I brought it in. Perhaps that's the dealership, but either way, I appreciate them all!

Great Service
Replaced spark plugs for almost half the price of other dealers. They also found and repaired a small leak in the AC. Didn't even charge for the freon.

Friendly staff and facilities
Personnel I encountered were all fantastic and the facilities/waiting area very comfortable with great snacks/drinks. The service seems good EXCEPT that one of my tires lost more than 50% of tire pressure by the next morning because the cap was not replaced tightly. Once filled with cap placed tightly it has been fine. 2 others had lost a few psi and caps not tight. Very inconvenient when trying to be on time to work!!

Thank you for the positive review despite your concerns the next day.

The main function of those caps is to keep dirt and debris out, not keep air in.  We'd really like the opportunity to re-inspect all of those tires, even though they are currently holding air.  We never want you to have to return so soon, but we think this is worth a second look.

We'll reach out to you to make whatever arrangement we must to facilitate that.  We are happy to be your dealership and we will make this right.
