Norm is the best!

This is my second time coming for a service with Earnhardt Hyundai and both times i have had Norm as my service rep. He has great people skills and seems like he really enjoys his job. Not the typical sales rep that I come to see most of the time at dealers.

No hassle purchase. No hassle service.

When I purchased my 2017 Hyundai Sonata at Earnhardt it was no hassle. I normally hate car dealers, but this was a very pleasant surprise.

I have now had it in for its second normal maintenance, and there has been no hassle with the service.

It’s easy to see why there are a lot of newer Hyundai cars on the streets of Phoenix with the Earnhardt stickers on them.

Norm my service rep is so nice! I also enjoy that you provide a snack for early morning appointments.

I feel that the service dept. does a great job on my car, and I never feel ripped off or taken advantage of because I am a woman.

I was leaving town for the weekend and I had to get some last minute service done, Norm my service writer was able to find a spot on a busy schedule to be able to service my vehicle before I left on my trip. they did a great job, finished on time and sent me on my way.

Brought the vehicle in for several "recalls". Made the appointment, was taken in on time, left vehicle, called to come and pick up in the afternoon AND FOR THE FIRST TIME "never had ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES!!!" All employees were kind, available and considerate. Nice going.

Always the best

Stopped in for service on our Santa Fe Sport. We were greeted at the door by a cheerful service writer, had us written up in no time.
The wait was short, the atmosphere friendly, and NO pressure to do unnecessary services or repairs. Always the best service. No reason to go anywhere else.
