Service dept is teriffic.
Used to be a 5 on whether or not I would buy new car from this dealership. Now I give it a 2 as I had a non satisfactory dealing with a salesman named Kyle Frame. Do not know if I will come back to purchase anything again.

Recall check up
Received a message via blue link that there was a recall on my vehicle. The recall was handled, a walk around was done to check out the full vehicle and it was washed before it was returned to me. I received a paper copy of the recall notice a week after it was already taken care of.

My check engine light was on so I called Mr. Rosen and got an appointment the next day. The service took about an hour and I had a washed car!
