Top service with a smile
My equus shut down due to alternator malfunction. Had it towed to dealer on a Sunday. Monday morning norm jumped on it and had it repaired and returned to me
by 3:00 pm. Outstanding!!!

Why Service Your Vehicle Anywhere Else?
The people in the Service Department at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale are not only extremely professional, they are a true pleasure to deal with. From making an appointment to bring one's car in for service, to having the required services clearly explained, to having your vehicle serviced in a timely manner, I wouldn't consider bringing my car elsewhere. The prices are extremely competitive and dealing with a Service Representative like Norm Rosen makes the servicing of one's vehicle extremely easy.

Great servicing
It a great feeling to know that when I go into this deal that the service department take care of what I requested and any thing thing that need to be corrected.
Even my regular service advisory is out some one else step in and take care of me like I was working with him with out missing a step.

I went because it's the closest dealership for warranty issues
I have a used Hyundai and will only go to the dealership for warranty/recall items.
When I was in for one and asked about others (was told my particular vehicle has about 5 of them) I was told they knew but there was nowhere I could look at them....really? Are you kidding me on that one?
How will I know if something should be covered? I only went in because of something I had been mailed.
Had a prior less than good interaction with one of the service advisors & I think he is tainting the rest of them - too bad. In the last case, I was right and he had brushed off my concerns until I explained (politely) what the issue was & it got resolved...funny how that works, huh.

Checking our records we were able to determine that your vehicle did have one recall which we completed during your visit.  There are no open recalls on your car at this time.  Hyundai has extended the warranty on certain components of your vehicle and you can always check for recalls in the future at www.safercar.gov or www.myhyundai.com or by contact Hyundai consumer affairs at 800-633-5151.

Biggest challenge is getting the appointment. This location is in high demand. Not enough employees to fill the demand. Schedule at least a week out online.
