Engine Light Problem

Brought my car into the service because the engine light appeared on my dashboard. Norm and his team
diagnosed the problem and made all needed repairs the same day. Excellent service along with competent
and professional employees.

Great customer service

Norm was great. He was very helpful and informative. I only have one issue, and it doesn’t have to do with Norm. When I arrived for service, Norm informed me that there was also a recall associated with my engine. Shouldn’t Hyundai be informing their customers of these recalls, instead of customers coming in for different reasons and finding out by accident?

Coolest cats in town.

Went in for an oil change/tire rotation and drove home with a new car! Sales team was able to put me in a new car and better my deal thru Hyundai with better financing! There truly is "no bull" when you deal with the guys at Earnhardt Hyundai!

Third Elantra and always use Earnhardt Hyundai Service

I do like the cars and the sales department, but the service techs are what keep me coming back.

It's easy to schedule an appointment. They send a reminder. They are always on time. They quote the exact cost and it's never higher, but often lower. If there is a coupon applicable, they will dig it up and apply it without asking.

The cars run great and I trust the service to these amazing techs.

They did a fine job. I had an appointment at 9 AM, they immediately got me signed in an arranged for the driver to take me back my office. The called when it was done and I picked it up. The service was all warranty work and there is no charge for anything even placing a shim on the battery post because I had to replace the battery with an American version rather than the metric post version that was the original equipment. When I replaced the battery, I was not aware of this and I was enlightened by your service representative who explained the situation to me. Things like this give me a sense of confidence that they do a good job in looking after my car.
