Norm did a good job and my car was serviced and returned promptly, did not try to upsell me on additional services and told me what to expect on my next service visit. Also the driver, not the usual one, did a fine job as well and apologized for the misunderstanding causing me to wait for about 10 minutes before someone came out to help me. I finally went in and found Norm.

Auto Servicing Made Enjoyable
Facilities are spacious, clean, and well-planned for customer comfort. Shuttle service is also provided as an alternative. Service is speedy, efficient, and thoroughly explained. And who better to service or repair a Hyundai than their own trained mechanics? All this plus frequent discount coupons on various periodic servicings.
Highly recommended. We have never been pressured for any item or procedure that wasn’t needed.

North Scottsdale Hyundai best service
Above and beyond, Norm Rosen helped with a warranty issue for a clutch that needed replacing, found one out of state, ordered a rental car so I could continue to work, waited 2 hours after his time to go to return the car and gave outstanding service. The best!

Hard to find customer service now a days....it used to be the standard, but not these days....but I have always been treated with respect at Earnhardt’s. And from what I have heard not all Earnhardt’s are the same thoughtful and friendly dealerships. Whatever you are doing, I thank you for your kind and caring people. It seems all the people there love their jobs and anybody who comes through the doors. Thank you

Norm was the man, explained what some of the issues might be and the potential worse case scenario. This was all before the did anything to my vehicle, he then promptly called after they figured out the issues. After explaining the issues he then explained what they could do and what his recommendations were.

Fastest service yet!
About 40 minutes from time of driving up to the service area until the oil and filter were changed, car washed and multipoint safety inspection completed. All for about 30 bucks. Why go elsewhere?

Nice waiting room
I am very glad that I got the 8-year full-service package for my 2019 Hyundai. It is so worth it. They have good magazines and coffee. I like to read Vogue magazine. It's also nice that they clean my car after doing the oil change. It is appreciated. And of course, the people are very friendly. :)
