Earnhardt’s Service is impeccable. I trust them implicitly to do whatever is in my best interest as it relates to keeping my Tuscon operating optimally. Also, I want to give a “shout out” to Norm Rosen, Service Advisor. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and personable. Every dealership should wish for an individual such as Norm.

This shop has the best service I have experienced ever, anywhere. You walk in and at least three of the guys know your name and greet you. I find that amazing. They def make one feel that they care about you individually.

Helpful and Efficient

Great service,as always. Our service advisor, Norm, is top notch. When the battery failed in our 2018 Elantra he talked me through the steps for roadside assistance and when I got to the dealership he arranged for the problem to be taken care of as well as routine (oil/rotation) maintenance scheduled for the next day...saving me an additional trip. Well Done!

I dropped off the car by 7 AM with the impression that it'd be done under 1 hour, but it dragged out a lot longer. I'm not sure if changing the oil or washing the car would take so much time?
