Brought my Santa Fe in for a recall service. While there I asked for a oil and filter change and tire rotation using a coupon they sent me in the mail. If I didn't check my car tires before I left I would not have found out they forgot to do the tire rotation. (I always take note of which tires are where). I had to go search out the service technician and tell him. He became a little defensive saying there was no mistake but after checking the paperwork he realized it was his mistake. I had to wait again while they did the rotation. He did apologize before I left.

The reason I love coming to Napleton Hyundai is because I work and can get my car service on a weekend and even on a Sunday. Each Service Rep has been kind and really works hard to give me the best deal. Nicholas is my latest Rep and he is very kind, too. He has helped me keep my car in great shape. The mechanic who worked on my car told Nicholas that he was impressed with my car and if I ever wanted to sell it, to please let him know. That really made me feel good. Taking care of your oil changes and everything else matters.

I brought my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe for its initial service. The Service advisor Nick was very friendly and helpful, everything was done properly and relatively quickly, and I was even able to get some work done while waiting because of the good WiFi connection. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience.

Except for the riduculously LOUD club music playing in the showroom, the service at this dealership is professional and the service guys are knowledgeable and fast! I really appreciate that they run on time... and deliver as promised.

Brian from Sales and Nicholas from Service were true assets by helping me to decide what was my best option when my 2012 Tucson gave the biggest surprise I could ever received ( a $3,000 repair) I appreciate them both for the help provide in order for me to get a new car. Thank you.
