Need I say more, it was great.

There was a line on a rainy day, but the service advisors were getting through everyone as fast as possible while still giving dedicated service. I’d gladly wait for them to be respectful of those in front of me

Excellent service from Nick Audrey when I picked up my Venza
I drove from Bonney Lake , Wa.in early October to pick up my vehicle. I purchased it from Luda which was very helpful, however she was not able to be there on the day I picked it up. Nick Audrey helped me when I arrived. I was not familiar with the new technology on my new Venza and Nick spent close to 3 hrs . with me to make sure I was comfortable with operating everything. He was very professional and patient with me. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Vancouver Toyota . Everyone I worked with was very professional and helpful as well as keeping me updated on when my new vehicle would likely arrive. Most of all Nick's patience with me as well as his knowledge of the technology on the Venza was outstanding. Toyota of Vancouver can be very proud to have such an outstanding employee as Nick..

Awesome experience!
Valley service, car wash, several text reminders. Whats not to love?! My oil change came with so much extra TLC, which is great because my 4runner is my baby. ?

Quick and easy

Best Car Buying Experience Yet
Did an online order, and got what I was looking for at the price I was willing to spend. There were no addons that I didn't select myself when I took delivey of the vehicle. It was the fastest I got in and out of the dealership (less than 2 hours) including a test drive of the vehilce, financing, and signing papers. It was totally painless, and paid $10k under same model being asked for in the Bellevue, Wa. area based on the market adjustment of $10k. A 2.5 hour drive to pick up the vehilce was worth the money spent and still got what I wanted in the vehicle.

No Pressure and great experience!
