Amazing service!

We came in completely thinking we were not going to get a car, no less a brand new one! But we test drive the 2022 Hyundai Palisade and fell in love. We decided to go for it, but we’re fully prepared for a no, but that wasn’t the case! Will was just amazing! He explained everything to us in great detail and made sure we were happy with the deal we were given. With the shortage of cars right now, I was expecting to have to wait a few days for our car to come in, but we drove off the lot that day! We arrived at the dealership at 1:00 and were out of there by 5:00! Fastest I’ve ever been in and out! Overall, we are so happy with our Palisade and even happier with the service we received. Thank you Schomp Hyundai!

Made it Right

When we purchased our vehicle, no one went over the features with us: explaining the infotainment system, assisting with setting up the phone book, etc. I read through the manual to figure these things out and got it done. Nick called a couple of weeks after our purchase and offered to send someone to us to go over any further questions we had or to help us with any of the features, which was a nice offer as we live about 80 miles from the dealership.

The vehicle is great! Has great features, once we read the manual and figured them out. The reason the rating is so low is because no one at the dealership explained any of the features, didn't help us set up phones, infotainment, etc. Just left us on our own to figure it all out.

Excellent service start to finish!

My wife and I researched full sized SUVs and decided that we wanted to buy a 2022 Hyundai Palisade. We went to Schomp Hyundai in Aurora Colorado because they advertise as a one price dealership. ( I hate the back-and-forth negotiations ). We had done our research and we were satisfied with the price they were offering. In fact, no other Hyundai dealership within 500 miles that I could find, was offering a better price on our Palisade than what they were offering to us. We worked with our sales person, Yoseph, who from the very start was very knowledgeable, cordial and professional. We sat down with him in mid June and went over the Palisade trim model that we wanted. We decided to order one that was going into production and was scheduled to be here by the first part of October. Throughout the summer Yoseph kept in touch with us and let us know how things were progressing and eventually it came in a few weeks early. After the palisade had “landed” ( Yoseph even sent us a video of our vehicle while it was still on the transport!) We then talked with Yoseph by phone about some options that we could purchase. There was no pressure on his part to purchase any of them. We got a final price and went in the next day and signed the paperwork. When we took delivery of the Palisade, his associate, Danielle, sat in the car with us and showed us all the features (which took about an hour).
From start to finish everything was done in a professional manner on Schomp’s part and there was no pressure to buy or sign anything that we did not want to. All of our questions were answered completely. I must say it was the best experience I’ve had with an auto dealership in my entire life. We’ve had the car about a week now and have taken it up to the mountains and it performed wonderfully.
