Efficient service
I came in with what I thought was a simple punctured tire repair. I ended up with two new tires after a realistic and easily understood explanation of why the simple repair would not suffice and the tire replacement was necessary.

Great service
I continue to use San Tan Hyundai to service our car. Mario is the reason I won’t go anywhere else. His attention and follow thru are only two of his many qualities. I can trust him and I know my car is getting the very best service.

Always Great Service
This was a simple oil change, and it was handled very professionally and quickly, as I have come to expect from San Tan Hyundai. Mario was super helpful and friendly and professional, as he always is. He truly demonstrates good customer service, and that's greatly appreciated.

Battery Replacement
I called San Tan Hyundai when my battery went dead. Thankfully it was under warranty. My normal service rep was on vacation, but Mario took great care of me. He got my battery replaced under warranty in less than an hour. Thank you. It's not fun trying to find someone to jump you in this heat. Also, I'd like to recognize the receptionist, Kim. She took the time to call me back and advise that my normal tech was on vacation, but to bring my car in and she'd get someone to take care of it. As always, service was excellent. I can't say enough about their entire team. THANK YOU Mario & Kim for going the extra mile.

Quick and easy
I had my car serviced this Monday. As usual it was quick, nice, and easy! The job was completed less than an hour, by the time I was back from breakfast my was washed and in the parking lot ready for me. The communication was super easy, and cost was reasonable! A+ service!

Always a solution
Mario and the front desk were so up to par on customer service. Mario and management were able to locate my car and perform an exceptional service. I appreciate Hyundai to always finding the most excellent resolutions to ensure the best customer service experience! Thank you for always looking out for the customer.

One recommendation would be the welcoming initiative for the salespeople (the guys in that semi-circle room) to be more customer friendly in saying hi and asking for help.
