acceptable service
needed to have my six month service done. this included the auto butler and an oil change. was told it would take 3 to 5 hours but approximately 2.5 hours later they came and said it was done ??? thats what my invoice shows. questioned the fastness. sometimes wonder if the auto butler was really performed. bird droppings and other dirt still on the car.

Good morning.  Thank you for responding to our survey.  We try to allow ourselves as much time as possible with the auto butler.  It can be done in a relatively short time.  However if you feel that it was not done, I will be glad to meet with you or even have it performed again.  Please understand it is a paint treatment and not a detail.  We perform a quick wash but we do not scrub off hard to remove spots.
