Great quick service
Went to the dealership for a 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. As usual, the process was quick and simple. The service agent, Mario, was very pleasant and personable, texted me when the vehicle was ready. The vehicle was washed prior to me picking it up.

Great Car and great service
Last year I purchased a 2018 Elantra. It is by far the best small car I have ever owned. It has ample room and power and many extras. When I bring this car to San Tan Hyundai for service they are the best I have ever seen. They are friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. I am looking forward to purchasing a new car in the future.

They do the job thoroughly and in a reasonably short amount of time.
They got me in on time, didn't make me wait long and did a good job. Also, the staff are all very personable.

Both my husband & I have been extremely satisfied with the service at San Tan Hyundai, & have owned multiple vehicles from this dealership. I would have to say that the individual who deserves the most recognition as far as we're concerned, is Mario Macias. Mario is knowledgeable about the products; he is a top-notch customer service representative; he always keeps us abreast of the status of repairs/service; & just is an overall extremely wonderful person to deal with. We dropped our car off the evening before our appointment and the next day I got an email offering other suggested items of service and the option to add or decline these options. I love the idea of getting it via email with the exact amount included so that I didn't have to feel bad saying no and/or hear a person try to convince me to purchase something that I could not afford at the time. The service center also texted me when my car was being worked on and when it was finished and ready for pick up. It was a very nice experience.
