Great Service
As a retired Service Manager and Service Advisor I have high expectations of Dealership Service Departments. San Tan has exceeded my expectations every time since purchasing a 2013 Santa Fe new. They should be very proud of the teamwork they exhibit to accomplish having a great Service Department.
Mario has met my high expectations for a Service Advisor and providing topnotch Customer Service.

I have been driving Hyundai’s for 15 years. San Tan Hyundai has been my go to place since moving to Arizona 8 years ago.
From the moment I drive up until I leave I am treated as a member of the family.

Mario was there to great me on time, and with a warm and welcoming smile.He then thoroughly explained what was going to happen with my vehicle for the next hour or so and appropriately had me sign the pre agreement documents.Then he showed me to the waiting room and I was offered a coffee and a snack while I waited. It was very nice to have such a comfortable and pleasant experience.(very rare these days)I’ll surely pass along . It really does make a big difference in your overall car buying, selling,leasing,trading in or whatever experience that you have things run as smoothly and stress free as can be THANKS Mario. I always have a great experience bringing my vehicle into San Tan Hyundai. I didn't schedule maintenance this time going in, it was just for an oil change, but the service was still speedy. I was in and out in no time.
