Very professional and kind
I went to Auto Nation Hyundai Mall of Ga to do my scheduled tire rotation and balancing. Mike received me and very professionally and kindly recommended me to acquire new tires, he also explained why it was necessary, the risks of not doing so and recommended the most appropriate tires for the vehicle and according to my budget. Then Mike called Eloy who explained to me the whole process and coordinated to take me home and pick me up once the service was done.

This place is ethical, honest, reasonably priced and professional. Mike is the best service tech. He helps me get the best service with total customer service. The entire dept. should be congratulated for their work.

First Time to AutoNation Hyundai
Service was scheduled and estimated repair time was accurate. Easy to get in and out. Since facility is close to the Mall of Georgia, a shuttle van can take you there and pick you up. You do not need to stay and wait at the dealership.

We have 2 Hyundais,I bring the cars in for anything major. Unlike some dealers,their service department has actually told me when I don't need certain things, instead of trying to get every penny they can squeeze out of you.

Great Service even on short notice.
I like coming here for the free inspection with my oil change. I like knowing what else needs fixing on my far. Don’t want to find out the hard way. I came in without an appointment but still got serviced in a reasonable amount of time.

Service Manager needs to be polite!
Service Manager never greeted customers, interrupted conversation between my son + me + our service guy (Mike) as we were checking out and paying - So rude and disrespectful- acting like we were nothing and needed to leave to allow next customer in. Shameful!!!! Learn to treat customers like you want them to return and you value their business! I have had 7 Hyundai’s too! Why go back to this dealer?!?!?!
