My experience always the same everyone is friendly, they sent you a video of what’s going on with your car and tell you how long it’s going to be hot coffee than come and get you when your car is ready!!!

Great Follow-up
I had some concerns after my recent service visit. Michael McMillan called about them and assured me that my special request is normally taken care of during a service visit. I was assured that I could bring my car back and he would personally take care of the items. Additionally, he say that the service team would have a training reminder about customer service issues.
My service visit was easy to schedule and was taken care of within the time frame that was planned. Thank you.

Great Follow-up

Vehicle Inspection
During my first visit to get an oil change and state inspection, the vehicle would not pass the inspection requirements. After having the repair made (new tires) I dropped into the dealership about a week later without scheduling an appointment. The dealership was busy and I expected to have to wait a while. The estimated wait time at check-in was 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I fully expected to have to wait and was prepared to do so. I was pleasantly surprised when in about 45 minutes they called to say my car was ready. The staff indicated that due to timing of jobs in the shop, they were able to work in my vehicle's inspection. To me, this indicates efficient "heads up" use of shop resources. It was much appreciated. Thanks to the shop technicians and service advisors for making it happen. Keep up the good work.

Overall I have been very pleased by using this dealership service center for my car maintenance. It is worth the drive and my time to bring my vehicle in to be serviced.
The staff is friendly and they make a video while the service is being completed.
