Went to check the options to buy Ioniq plug-in hybrid but ended up with fully electric Ioniq 5 SEL. Great buying experience and they don't charge over MSRP. Very helpful sales and finance managers.

Easy purchase during hard times.
During Covid-19 I was able to buy a hard to get Ioniq 5 site unseen through use of the website, independent reviews, and phone calls with Tyler who was very helpful. The staff was also extremely accommodating at reducing the person to person interactions during final paperwork and delivery to meet my needs. Looking forward to continued satisfaction post-sale. Oh, and the car is awesome!

Nice purchase experience of a new Ioniq 5.
I was able to actually put money down on a purchase over the phone and conduct a lot of business over email because of Covid-19. The staff was also extremely accommodating at reducing the person to person interactions during final paperwork and delivery to meet my needs. Looking forward to continued satisfaction post-sale. Oh, the car is awesome!

Had a ok experience. Nice personal, felt a little missed lead
The place contacted me. I felt they were pushing certain vehicles. I wanted a smaller vehicle but was told bigger vehicles are for me. They quoted me one price, then it turned out it was high price once I was signing the paperwork. They said they go through tiers, when I asked how that works I was told don’t worry about knowing. My experience was ok.

He also was very accommodating to our schedule. He followed through on everything he said he would do. Wes Eastwood, who completed our financing, surprised us with an even better financing option. Bought my 2nd car from Brandfon Hyundai
New cars are hard to come by these days. We were in the market for a new car for my wife, unable to find a car in our budget. Our salesman Kris Singh was great... we met and told him what we wanted and what we could afford to pay. Weeks went by, Kris periodically checked in... then Kris called with a new car that fit our budget. He picked us up at our house and walked us thru the entire procedure. I'm also in a sales position and Kris' follow up is exemplary. Look him up if you're in the market for a new car
