Recall notice for computer upgrade.
My Hyundai was brought in to upgrade the computer under a recall notice. There was no problem with the vehicle prior to the recall. The service staff was courteous and completed the upgrade in less than an hour. Waiting area was comfortable and complementary water was available. No problems.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable
It is very easy to schedule maintenance and the staff are very knowledgeable about my Genesis. I have had my Genesis serviced at Voss for the last 7 years.

Very pleased with Voss Hyundai service department.
I bought my car at Jeff Wyler Superior Hyundai and have not had one favorable service department experience. My concerns were ignored and excuses made. I was done with them and went to Voss. Very different story. They fixed the problem immediately and with no fuss. They did everything to make sure I was satisfied. The facility was very nice. I will continue to go here even though it is a half hour away. It is worth it, and my next purchase will also be made at Voss.

My maintenance visit
Mark and the maintenance department always do a great job of keeping my 2011 Sonata running well. They do that in a friendly yet professional manner. I always feel that they, especially Mark, have my best interests at heart. Excellent dealership.

This is my third Hyundai from the same dealer. Service has always been exceptional. Always honest about what needed done and what didn't! Courteous and always given the right estimate on charges and time it would take. Got the car washed too.

Service was extremely slow… nearly 2 hrs for a scheduled appointment oil change plus car sat on lot for 15 minutes while I tracked down Service agent to cash me out.
