NEVER GET MAINTENANCE FROM HERE!
I have bought 2 cars and have spent tens of thousands of dollars on repairs over the last 15 years with this dealership and they have lost a lifelong customer. I originally paid for an oil change which was never serviced on my car. I came back later to get this fixed. When I came in to collect my car, they charged me again for another oil change. Instead of doing the work for free to rectify the situation they double downed and 4 staff members ganged up on me, manager included and blamed the issue on burning the oil. 7000 miles of oil in 4 months of barely driving the car! That is impossible! Rather than admit the mistake and fix it, they doubled down and said they could fix my engine for $600 and there is good chance it could hurt your engine.

All this for 5 Quarts of oil!

Never buy or have maintenance preformed from them. If they scammed lifelong customer, they would do it to you!

New Vehicle Purchase
I just bought a Sonata at Voss. Fred Jordan was the sales rep and he was super helpful, super patient answering many questions, super professional and all of that with a friendly smile throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with him and he made the buying experience very pleasant.

Sale
I was in the market for a hybrid vehicle and saw online a Santa Fe hybrid. I was contacted very soon after I asked for info on the car by Andrew and set up a test drive. I ended up going in close to closing time and never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision and Andrew was very helpful with any questions I had.
Mark in the business office was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, warranties and any questions I asked. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Voss.

Exceptional Service
I brought my Elantra here for a diagnostic check and was very satisfied with the honesty and knowledge of the employees, particularly Ian Clemons. Ian successfully identified the issues I was having, offered viable solutions, and was fantastic to work with overall. I highly recommend him as an advisor and am grateful for his efforts beyond what was necessary. I drove off the lot the same day feeling much happier and safe.

Superb Buying Experience
I purchased a used van from Voss - working with Greg Trefz was a delight. He provided very accurate
information via email and phone before I went to look at the van. He double checked pictures and provided thorough pricing information up front. Greg was very easy to work with and the Mark in the business office provided excellent service. I highly recommend Voss Hyundai!

Online buyer experience
Tried to buy a car online with the internet sales staff. Requested walk around video and better pictures of the car because the site photos were bad. I've bought many cars online in the past and most dealers would show the a clean, detailed photo of the car's exterior and interior. When I asked the sales staff about the condition of the paint, they said everything was in "great condition", but when I got the up close photos finally after two days of asking for it, there were lots of rock chips and scratches on the front end. The car was also dirty, if I were a commission sales person - I would make sure that my cars were clean and photos were accurate of the condition - that way you don't waste your time and the customers time. Get a better camera and take better photos of your cars - antiquated process

Recall notice for computer upgrade.
My Hyundai was brought in to upgrade the computer under a recall notice. There was no problem with the vehicle prior to the recall. The service staff was courteous and completed the upgrade in less than an hour. Waiting area was comfortable and complementary water was available. No problems.

I've been taking my sonata to Voss Hyundai to service for several years. The management team and mechanics in the service dept are awesome!!!!
They're very knowledgeable, respectful and always explain to detail what the problem is. If I forget my coupon, they honor it anyway. Because of this exceptional team, I will stay with the Hyundai brand. I hope they never leave. Special shout out to Justin. He's amazing. Mark and Steve are amazing also
