Oil change, tire rotation and recall part.

As always, the service department does a great job. They got my car done quickly and was able to rotate my tires even though I didn't have the special lug nut key to remove them. The service man had the same one and used his to do the job. Thank you so much.

Great Job.

Our check engine light was on. The team found the problem and corrected it. In addition, they corrected our recall problem. We were in an out within a half hour of the time originally estimated.

Fixed last minute scheduling issue

I made an appointment about a month ago because I was going on a long trip. When I got back I scheduled a LOF service. A few days before my LOF appointment I got a reminder of the previous appointment for the day after that. I called and someone in the service department consolidated the two appointments.

There was a recall on my Ford maverick truck
I got a letter that told me to take it in.
I did just that. They fixed the issue. My truck is happy now and it is nice and safe to drive.

Oh by the way somebody inside the show room hid the remote control to the television.

I had to ask the shuttle driver to come help me find it. And she did. She deserves a raise.

sevisw was quick

all door handle seals went bad, took a little but to get new ones ordered but once they were here the service dept got right on it

I must say when I got my car back I was relieved to know they found the problem. I had a knocking sound start in the front left wheel area especially prevalent around 40 to 45mph but after driving away from Ford with the repairs complete she runs smooth again. I have a 2007 Edge which is servicing me well over the years.

Cam phaser repair, new engine

I have had an issue with cam phaser rattle since last year, had the cam phasers replaced on June 23 and the truck ran great for about 500 miles. Three days latter I experienced a catastrophic engine failure something came apart in the cam phaser system! Dead on the road! I was on a camping trip over 200 miles from home. I got the truck back to Mike white ford in coeurd alene and the confirmed the engine failer and said it would need a new long block. That's when Mike white ford stepped up to the plate. They paid for my towing expenses gave me a loaner car while they replaced the engine and I got my truck back with a new long block in 13 days after they confirmed the engine failure. Kevin the service manager was awesome, he made me feel like a valued customer and did everything he could to make an unfortunate happenstance into a positive experience. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mike White ford! Thank you!
