Mike White’s (Addis, Parker )Ford is great. In the past I’ve always steered clear of large dealerships, because they were pushy and over priced.
From “Curly “ in sales to “Kevin in Service and everyone in between its been a pleasure to be a customer.

Service was great. People friendly.
I made my appt for October 8th and arrived for a 10am appt. Appointment scheduler booked my appointment for Nov 8th. Service dept took me right in. Only waited little less than 1-1/2 hrs.
Got to see my favorite salesman Curly. ?

Quick & courteous

Appt. ahead of time makes for a quick turnaround. Had a cup of coffee and read the paper in the lounge. Even stopped in the accessory office to get a price on tricking out my truck.

Great customer service here!

I have been going to Mike White Ford, formerly Parker Ford, for about 15 months now and I have never been disappointed in the customer service I have received. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend these fine folks to everyone!

Service experience

I purchased my F-150 From Parker/ White Ford in March 2017. Although it is an hours drive to the dealership I gladly make the trip. They are courteous, thorough and easy to deal with. If I have an appointment for a service they get me in and I am back on the road in short order. I can't say that about my former dealership. They do an excellent job.

I have been coming to (Tom Addis, Parker and now Mike White Ford for almost 20 years. I absolutely love and trust Joe (Service Department). I am very disappointed that he is no longer at the service desk.
