Mike White Ford Visit

Went in for my oil change on Tuesday at 7:30 AM and was greeted right away by the service dept. staff, Kevyn had the paperwork all ready to go, Lou offered a ride back to work for me but I decided to wait in the sales room area for a while and by 8:10 my truck was ready to go...Everyone there is very please and always good to work with. Great team.

Our service experience was an A+, not only did they complete our oil change and multi point inspection, in a time frame that was far less than we were told, but they also provided tire quotes for comparisons with other local vendors!

Nice, clean comfortable waiting room, freindly staff, and quick service.

Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, was there at appointed time and job was done in less than an hour later. They performed a 27 (I think) point check on my vehicle, and pointed out the things needing attention, one of those things was the brakes were dangerously worn, I thus replaced them the very next day. Had they not brought them to mu attention, I might have let them go beyond safe operating to damage causing. Thank you guys!
