First oil change
This was my first service on my new Hyundai. Everything went smoothly. I was in and out in a timely manner. I was very happy with my experience.

Probably not going back unless I can't find anyone else to work on it.
The oil change used to be cheap and they did a lot more like rotate the tires which they no longer include. They have never cleaned the inside or outside and it took 2 weeks to get an appointment. Always had a problem with squeaky brakes but while under warranty all they did was blow out the brake dust. Now that it is out of warranty it needed a back break adjustment, first quote was $139.95 then changed to $69.95. What they charged me was less but the point is it is all about how much they can talk you into because they think you are a dumb woman. Everything on the report was in the red. They have been hounding me to get the 30,000 mile service. I have declined as the cost is too high and they say they have done repairs that they have not. Hard to trust.

This location is a bit far out for me so I probably wont be returning, however the service was great and the staff is very friendly! If I lived closer I would definitely return.

Staff at Everett Hyundai actually give a shit about you and earning your business.
I took my vehicle here do to weird engine noises. Turns out the cause was my car had 1.5 quarts out of almost 5 quarts of oil after I took the car to another Hyundai Dealership up north(Skagit County) 3 months ago. Apparently the other dealership forgot to actually service my vehicle. I thought I was looking at major repairs. The staff at Everett Hyundai could have ripped me off big time but they did not. Turns out the engine noise was due to low oil. I applaud the integrity of the Everett Hyundai mechanics and service adviser for not taking advantage of me. I will never take my car anywhere else as long as I own it.
