Fantastic!

Robb and crew are top notch! I had an appt scheduled in December and something more urgent started happening....Justin got me in sooner without disrupting their flow of customers....Veryl's was ultra accommodating, understanding and most important, honest, just as they have been for many many years!

Honest, friendly, and reliable service—Veryl's Automotive is the best in town!

I can't recommend Veryl's Automotive Services enough! When I got my car towed there, even the tow driver mentioned that Veryl's was the only place he'd never heard a single complaint about, which says a lot. Justin was incredibly honest and took the time to work with me on finding the best options for my car within my budget. He made sure I was comfortable with every step, explaining everything clearly and always calling to confirm if any adjustments were needed. Justin was so friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. In the end, my car feels like new again! So grateful to have found such a trustworthy and caring auto service. Brake repair

Routine Maintenance and Major Repairs Expertly Handled

We have been going to Veryl's for more years than I can count. The service is exceptional!! Whether it is an oil change or something more involved, the repair is well executed while keeping costs to a minimum. They keep us appraised of things that will need to be addressed going forward, so there are few surprises. A good mechanic is always of great value. Highly recommend this garage.

Quality service

We brought one of our vehicles in to fix a seized parking brake on a 16 year old Toyota. They were able to replace the old cable and renew the brake parts. They were courteous and very helpful and I would recommend them without reservation to fix or maintain your car.

Wonderful service!

They repaired rear brakes on an almost emergency basis. Price estimate was accurate. I was kept informed of diagnosis, and the car was ready with nice, smooth brakes sooner than expected.

New tire—ordered and on!

When the old one popped, we ordered a new tire from Veryl’s (where we had bought the tires and get our vehicles serviced). Justin was great—he got the new tire in the very next day and even made time in his crazy schedule to put the new tire on my wife’s car as soon as she went in to pick it up.

Excellent service and affordable high quality work

I am a senior citizen who could trust Veryl to do right by me and not try to take advantage of me in any way. They are honest and have skilled employees and provide excellent customer service. Fair prices, and they are also state certified inspection station too. They are certified by MA to provide repairs needed to pass inspection. They also are watchdogs for future needs that I would not know about being clueless about auto evaluations.

I felt like a Queen

They worked faster than I expected, were honest and charged me no more than what was agreed upon, they parked the car right outside the front door for me to get in afterwards, they were respectful, cordial, and friendly.
