VEROL's Automotive Stellar Team

Justin and VEROL's Automotive team assessed my vehicle's air conditioning system and were able to find the leak that 2 other shops were unable to do. Justin also researched and found the Bulletin on Limited Warranty Extension on the evaporator which includes coverage through Audi. Kudos to you Justin for going the extra mile for me. Best Garage Around

Low tire pressure gauge

I had a very important meeting out of state but when I got in my car from the Springfield/Holyoke area, I noticed that my sensor showed I had low tire pressure. I called Justin and asked if someone could look at it and maybe put some air in it, he said, bring it right over. wWhen I got there the young service technician brought it in and put air in the tire. He examined the tire and found a nail, which they immediately serviced and plugged because they knew I had to be somewhere quickly. Can’t thank them enough… so appreciative how well they took care of me. The best!!!
