Excellent experience with servicing my car
Service was expedient. Staff polite. Checked in car promptly upon arrival. The facility is clean and comfortable while you wait for your car. Other issues discovered during service was quickly and efficiently dealt with.

Very friendly staff that communicates well with the customer. They greet you as soon as you drive in the service bay and take their time going over the car issues.

I have never felt more a ease like I do when the Hyundai guys are working on my car! I always feel so relived knowing I'm leaving with my car getting the right maintenance work done and not having to fork over an arm and a leg. This team is exceptionally understanding and very helpful. I'm on my second car through these guys and would definitely, 10 out of 10, buy another one through them. I highly recommend you check the Hyundai in Denton out! You wont regret it!

They were ready for me at exactly the time I scheduled, my repair took less time than I expected and they knew exactly what the problem was. I appreciate their professionalism and speed. Also, the waiting room was nice.

A great place to get a new car!
I came to get my oil changed and left with a new car. I walked around to check out the new cars on the lot and the only one person asked me if I needed help and that was Lance. He didn’t force a sale on me listened to my needs and what I was looking for. The whole experience was great I left there with a new car!

Communication was great and proactive. Although I didn't buy the Palisade there, they wanted to make sure we were happy. That says a lot.

Possible Recall
Took my car in due to possible recall. Told me to bring article about same. I did and he did read it while I stood there. They found no recall and he explained the process. They still checked it out. No problems. You can’t ask for much more than that.
