The best Hyundai outlet in Omaha and surounding area.
The employees are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The new building at 145th and Giles is beautiful and the employees make it a warm atmosphere. I really enjoy going to the Woodhouse Hyundai and I want to thank everyone for taking extremely great care of my Tucson. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Flat Tire
Decided to replace a right-side rear tire. I previously had the tire fixed at Sam's club (six weeks ago). The tire then quickly lost air and I was able to get it to Woodhouse Hyundai. It was a new tire. I had bought the car in April 2018. There was a communication error with the sales representative. I thought the tire was under warranty. It was. But not for nail, screw, or patch matters. So, I ended up paying the price for a new replacement tire rather than having it patched again. I learned something today. Anyway, Woodhouse employees were gracious. Coffee and water available while you wait. I didn't wait long. The facility is new and they are still getting settled. Right now there are no signs to direct you to the Service Garage. I came in from the exit. Overall, no complaints and things will get better.

Tire Repair
Brought my Hyundai Sonata in with a slow leak in a front tire. Excellent service rep got it in to repair area quickly and communicated the cause of the leak. Took only a short time and the tire was fixed. Only problem was that on the way home I notice that the tire pressure reading was 42 psi instead of the normal 34 psi. Had to stop and let air out of tire before continuing on.

I was taken to this dealership because of my Hyundai roadside assistance, and the fact that it has to be the closest Hyundai Dealership for the towing to be covered, I don't get to chose. Upon arriving it took 30 min or more just to look up tires and after that wait I find out that none of the Hyundai Dealerships even carry the tires that they equip the 2018 models with. To my disappointment I was forced to either buy the brand they carry and have a mismnatched set or to wait 3 days and be without a car, due to them being not willing to give me a loaner car. I hesitantly chose to buy the different brand, for the simple fact I cannot be without a car for 3 days! Even though they may not stock the tires I have on my car I guarantee that the dealer ship I bought it from would do everything in it's power to make me a happy customer as they did when I bought my car!

Friendly
The service team at woodhouse Hyundai was very friendly and pleasing to work with. I recently went there for my cars first oil change and it was the best experience I've ever had just getting an oil change. The front desk help was very friendly and made sure that my daughter and I were comfortable with what they had to offer with hospitality and car care. He also made it a point to update me about the service time.
The service tech ensured proper repairs, maintenance logging in the cars pamphlet, and even vacuumed out the cars floor mats before returning the vehicle.
I will definitely be returning to this dealership for future needs.

Great Service
Josh was very helpful by keeping us updated on the status of our car, and even provided a loaner when our car was not going to be completed due to parts needing to be ordered. The car is running much better. While out walking around the lot, the manager stopped by and talked to me, very nice and took interest any making sure my needs were being met.

I had just recently brought my car in; due to some issues with my vehicle. I had a horrible sound coming from my drivers side wheel/tire area. I had a total of 3 tires put on by other businesses, but the sound was still there. I went to Woodhouse, and they helped me out tremendously. It turns out it was a wheel bearing issue. This could have caused a lot of issues as I was told this was very loose, secondly i was also told there were a couple of recalls on my vehicle that needed to get taken care of as well. I did not schedule an appointment; just walk-in but they were able to still get me in and get my car taken care of with no issues. I cannot thank the team enough that worked on my car that day! They did excellent work!

We had a minor stress crack on a plastic part that surrounds one of the air vents. The part was ordered. About three weeks later, the part was received and installed in less than an hour. The staff is always pleasant.

Woodhouse does good!
Only thing I found wrong was that there was no on sight car wash. They have made
arrangements with a local gas station group to give the washes. However since I don't
purchase my gas from them, I feel as if I should not accept the "free" car wash from them.
It made the no difference the day I had my service as it was raining and I didn't expect a
car wash.
