First oil change
I called to schedule my first complimentary oil change for my Elantra I am leasing and I talked to a very nice gentleman who set up an appointment for me. I was running errands that day so I dropped off my car earlier in the morning although my appointment wasn't until 1:30pm. I got a call about an hour and a half later saying my car was ready. They finished my oil change in a very timely manner and I also received a free car wash card. Overall I had a great experience, as I always do at Woodhouse. Thank you!

Better communicate necessities.
If something is a necessity, make it clear at the beginning. I understand I'm paying more for service from a dealership, but I'm not going to spend $1300 on air conditioning if I'm not informed that the pulley system failing will cause the car not to run. Having to take the car back for more service was an unnecessary waste of time and resources for the shop. Other than this one glaring failure of communication, service was excellent. Everyone I spoke with was highly professional and pleasant. The shuttle and courtesy car were both stellar.

Usually do good maintenance
The lug nuts weren't tightened enough when I got a tires rotated last time, causing one wheel to make concerning sounds. But I pulled into the nearest Woodhouse dealership and they corrected it, they called Woodhouse Hyundai about it for me, and Woodhouse Hyundai gave me a free oil change.

Friendly customer service
I had my appointment at 4pm for my first oil change and inspection for my 2018 Hyundai Tucson. Jeremy helped me out and he had my car serviced and done within 30 minutes it was so nice. Considering I made the appointment that morning. Will definitely be using the Woodhouse hyaundi on 144 th and Giles again for my services

This time they didn't tighten the lug nuts enough after rotating my tires--one wheel was making sounds the next day. But they have done a good job on my previous maintenance visits so hopefully just a fluke.

Great Recall Service
Had a recall to get checked. They fixed it and also did an inspection of other parts of my car to let me know of upcoming maintenance needs. Excellent service and quick fixes. Only disappointing thing is that I had a check engine light that they could not even give me the error codes for unless I paid $150~ for a full check engine inspection. Wish they would have just worked with me and gave me the code back rather than going to Autozone (The code came back as something simple and reset itself the next day) but I get they are in business to do business. All around good dealership and friendly staff.

Service Request from other dealership ignored
I took my vechicle in to have the blower motor replaced as had been identified at another authorized dealership nearer to where I live. The service was because the blower motor makes a “whirring” noise while operating. Wood house appears to avoided talking with my other dealership and instead recommend a cabin air filter replaced and clean leaves out of that area. The motor still “whirs.”
