The staff is very courteous. There can be a long waiting time, which other customers expressed to me as well. They are currently at a temporary location. They may be short staffed. I would have appreciated being told that there were other maintenance items that needed to be addressed.

Seemed to check overahh health and safety bof my hi mileage car but wasn't pushy about it. Thanks. Nice to have the shuttle both drop off and pick me back up when car was ready.

I'm surprised at the decline in experience.
Service time was longer than expected, but I was mostly discouraged by the remarks made by the courtesy driver. Racist comments are absolutely unprofessional, unacceptable and unnecessary. Because of my experience it's questionable whether I will return to this location. Things have changed remarkably since I first started receiving service at this location. Something needs to change.

The new location should be a lot better, and I won't have to deal with the leaky roof, as I am mold sensitive and have been treated for it before.
