The whole Wesley Chapel Hyundai Service Department Staff are always very professional, very efficient and very friendly. Have had my 2012 Hyundai Tucson serviced at Wesley Chapel Hyundai since buying it new and they have always provided Great Service. Thank You.

Could be better
Improve tech services, waiting time, acknowledging when quality of service is absent or low, being courteous.
When you do regular service of car, do a good job so that the battery does not die out with acid leaking from it a few weeks after complete check of car

I'm gonna say No to recommend for now--I will change the review if things improve in future

My vehicle is still pretty new and I just needed an oil change. I was warmly greeted by James Powers who made sure I received excellent customer service. My vehicle was returned in a timely fashion and that made my visit a pleasure.

Sale of vehicle was a good experience -
Some of the reps in the service department are not professional and courteous. Others are seem to lack the knowledge or at least the desire to competently explain the details of the problems, repairs, and maintenance. If you don't get one of the good reps you are in for a stressful experience

James, was great and and he indeed kept me in the loop as far as everything that was needed and going on with my vehicle and even helping me with the loaner car, when there were a few bumps he called enterprise himself to assure me me that i would have a loaner car! The concern was not direct towards James at all! it was direct for the part that wasn't fix when i came in last Jan which cause the engine to fail! So he made sure that everything was taken care of and i truly apologize, if this might had any negative impact on James! Because again he was great!!!
