Overbooking appointments
Overbooking appointments. My time is valuable that is why I book an appointment. I feel the dealership does not value my time. Please do not send me another free oil change we will no be using the dealership for routine service anymore

It is always difficult to get someone to return your call.
This dealership does not have a good respect for the servicing of your vehicle once you purchase your car. It is difficult to get an appointment through the call center that makes the appointments. When you leave a message to have someone return your call you do not get a response. Once this car is paid for I will not buy another Hyundai.

You are close to where I live, and it is a reliable place to bring my car for service. I enjoyed my experience.
I called at the last minute on a Saturday needing my oil changed. Ruth fit me right in within 30 minutes of my call. Now that's service!

No communication
Dropped my car off for an oil change, 5 minutes before appointment time. When I asked how long it would be I was told " not long" Sat and waited and waited and waited, not once did anyone come and say how long it would be or sorry for the delay, nothing.

Low pressure tires
Those tires and pressure sensor where check in about a half an hour. Some other checks we're also done and will be taking care of when I take it back for maintenance. Service Personnel more timely and courteous.

Excellent, fast and professional service!
As always, the service staff is friendly, and treat me like a personal friend, but also professionally. They are courteous, and take time to explain things. While waiting for service to.be performed, they ensure that I'm comfortable, and have coffee or popcorn available. And the service is done quickly, to minimize my wait time.
