Service advisor will recommend you which service you need and let you decide
Jae Lee was kind and very helpful with my service need. When I asked questions he patiently listened and answered. Best part was he explained what need to be done and why without forcing me to take those services that day by suggesting me with time frame. And, Mr. Park reviewed service report to make sure I received best service before my car was returned to me.

Great service
The mechanic Jay was very nice and helpful. He was able to fit me in and get all the things done I asked for my car so I wouldn’t have to come back the next day. He was polite and friendly.

I just got great service from Jay and the crew at Puente Hills Hyundai. They replaced my brake lamp which was in an inaccessible area quickly and at a small charge.

Good service, but still overpriced.
I come here because so far it's the dealer that has treated me best so far, unfortunately their prices, like all other dealers unfortunately most services are still way overpriced for what the service actually is being performed on the car.

GREAT WHEN PHONE IS ANSWERED.
I LEFT MY CAR THERE FOR SERVICE AND CALLED TO ASK FOR THE STATUS OF IT AFTER A COUPLE OR MORE HOURS. THE FRONT DESK GIRL ANSWERED PHONE AND TRANSFERRED ME TO SERVICE BUT NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE. I CALLED THREE MORE TIMES AND AGAIN NO ANSWER. (ONLY THE FRONT DESK) NOT SERVICE DEPT. I HAD MY SISTER DRIVE ME THERE AND WAS TOLD MY CAR WAS READY. I WENT TO THE AREA WHERE I HAD TO PICK UP PAPER WORK AND A WOMAN AND MAN WERE THERE JUST SITTING BY THEIR PHONES. I TOLD THEM I HAD CALLED THREE OR FOUR TIMES AND NO ONE PICKED UP. THEY BOTH LOOKED AT ME AND SAID NOTHING. THOUGHT YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.

friendly personnel especially the service advisor, Jay
I had problem with Hyundai's concierge service (very very poor service provided, rude and inefficient customer service representatives, ineffective in resolving the customer request!!!) but once I connected with Jay, the service advisor at Puente Hills Hyundai, he took care of everything.
All service issues were resolved to my satisfaction and I was given timely updates.
