excellent service - 21 F150
great job installing AMP running boards, everything went as planned, had a issue with the power windows that I only mentioned when dropping off and they we're able to fix the problem no charge under warranty

Teamwork in action!
Jacob in accessories is very knowledgeable and always delivers what he promises. The whole team at Mike White are very well trained. No matter who you talk to in service and sales, you never get transferred to someone else because they can’t answer your question. Do you know how refreshing that is!!??

Came in for a leveling kit
Was scheduled to come in just to have a leveling kit done. We realized we were about 4 days till our required oil change and Jacob and the guys at the lube dept got us in so my husband didnt have to be without his truck 2 days!!! Thanks guys!!

Excellent customer service!!
Added a 5th wheel prep package to my 2012 F-350.

Tried to get the work done here in Sandpoint (Mike White Ford) but was told they didn’t do that work.

Fortunately, Coeur d’ Alene did! And Jacob (in Accessories) was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. I will drive to Coeur d’ Alene to have my vehicle serviced!
