Always great.

Had to have a minor repair on our Santa Fe. The service department has always been very helpful and accommodating. They anticipated it would take about an hour, and it took just under 60 minutes. I have been with Marhofer Hyundai for over 16 years. We continue to go with them because we know we are always taken care of regardless if it’s sales, finance or service. They truly are the best.

Marhoffer Hyundai lives up to the Marhoffer reputation. This is the 4th car purchased from Marhoffer and would not be the last.

Great service

I’ve never had a bad experience. A little annoyed I paid $170 just for them to tell me I needed new tires- but that’s their job. Other than that, I’m a Hyundai customer for life.

Phenomenal

I was waiting on 2 other dealerships for over 3 weeks to even just schedule my repairs. I contacted Marhofer Hyundai, 3 calls and an hour later, my vehicle was scheduled to be dropped of that following Monday. They were very informative, kept me up to date, and did a phenomenal job on my vehicle. They were also always very clear and explained everything that was being done so I knew exactly what to expect. They had it done on their estimated completion date, cleaned it, and I picked it up. 10 out of 10 will definitely use them as my preferred repair shop, If God forbid I'd ever need one again.

Professional and on the service

They are good with customers. I used to bring here my company company car. I bought myself Santa Fe because the cars and their service is one of the best. In addition, I am leasing Tucson for my wife and also ordered Venue for my collage student daughter. In general, I will have 3 cars. I am glad and will recommend my friends to come here.
