AWESOME JOB!

I have been taking my cars in for repairs for years and each time they are professional and do a excellent job. One can tell they take great care with your car. I definitely recommend taking ones car to Lake Arbor. I also would like to add, Gray K does a fantastic job answering any questions you have.

Over the Past 15 Years -Consistently Good

First took our Green Caravan (The Green Monster) in 2007. She would go in a few times a year, especially as she grew older.

She was replaced by a Gold Caravan (The Gold Monster). She too went in 3-4 times a year. Finally, in 2016 she was taken to an abandoned field and put out her misery.

We then upgraded to a Toyota Rav 4 and we haven't been in as often.

But my son's Ford Escape now makes frequent visits. And each time the folks at Lake Arbor have gotten his car back up and running.

They are knowledgeable and our fair. I know when we drop a car off it will be fixed and they are who will work on our cars going forward.

Always a great experience !!

My battery wasn't being charged so as usual, I called Lake Arbor, my only car repair shop that I've used for many many years. I talked to Gary who immediately scheduled me for work the next Monday. After leaving my keys in their after hours drop off, I went home. I got a call from Gary confirming what we suspected was the problem and they had it fixed and waiting for me that afternoon. They were first class and my association with Gary has been developed over many years with several vehicles and he has always helped me out no matter how busy or stressed things can get. He is and the company is, a first class operation !!

Brake booster

Had new brake booster installed. It failed about 5 weeks later. Called Lake Arbor and was told they were backed up but bring in and they would get to it when they could. Dropped off Sunday afternoon. Gary called about noon on Monday and said it was ready. I just know they hustled to get it done even though they were very busy. Gary apologize for it failing and they stood behind. Have been going there for all car repairs including oil changes for 15 years and always a great experience.

Warranty

Ibadan to have a brake booster installed on my Eacape on the first part of June. On July 22 it failed causing inconsistent brakes. Call Lake Arbor. Said they were really backed up but bring in Monday and they would get to it as soon as possible. Well lo and behold Gary calls about noon on Monday and said car is ready and no charge Under warranty. This is the kind of service we always get from Lake Arbor and Gary is always good about informing us. He always “Does the Right Thing”. Thanks

Professional, courteous, and quick

We all know how stressful it is to pick a new mechanic, especially one that didn’t come as a recommendation from a friend. I was also very cautious when deciding who to trust to repair my car, but these guys put me at ease immediately. I called ahead, and was told they were a little booked up at the time, but if I could wait a few days, they’d get to it as soon as they could. I was given a rough timeline before they even took it apart, and they beat it by about 24 hours. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had with a shop, and they definitely have my business for the long haul!

Top notch service and communication

Gary and the service team found several issues that could have caused serious, if not catastrophic, damage to my truck. The communication was excellent. Will definitely continue to rely on Lake Arbor for auto repairs.

Friendly. Great waiting area, clean.

I been to other places and they’re not friendly but rude. Lake Arbor is not that. And also great good prices. And relatively fast.

Good service. Fair prices.

Got new brakes, new shocks, and some work done on the gas EVAP system. Did a better job at trouble shooting the check engine light than the dealership did.
