Frank went above and beyond

Frank was fantastic at explaining what happened with my brand new Hyundai’s battery. As long as Frank is at Empire, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for service.

Arrived at scheduled time, Service Dept. Rep (Francis Williamson) met me right away. Car was returned to me at the estimated completion time. No complaints from this customer!!!!

My car is a lease so I tried to keep scheduled services. The staff at Hyundai has given me excellent service. I went in early for my appointment and with a smile they took me and didn't make me wait. I received a courtesy call when a part had to be added to the maintenance.
