His customer service skills are excellent. He always has a smile and he is friendly, takes time to answer all the questions and addresses your concerns. I have been with your shop for 8 and I will not take my car to anyone else because of the exceptional service I receive from Ed. He knows his job and does it well and with a smile.

Great Technician
Had a resolving and productive experience at McGrath Hyundai recently; mainly, due to the exceptionally diligent, professional, and caring service of Omar—the technician who was assigned to resolve the issue of an inconsistent, loud and frightening noise occurring with my car that had been making me totally uncomfortable for weeks…I feared that my car was going to blow up. After several weeks of having to stop at several auto repair shops that were in view when the inconsistent noise would occur, I finally took it to McGrath. Of course the noise had subsided when I got there, but Omar road around with me until he heard enough of the noise to make an assessment of what could be causing it. He was very patient and understanding of my anxious behavior, and assured me that he would resolve the issue AND HE DID! Thanks Omar. What a great asset you are to McGrath. It’s Great and Inspiring to see young me like Omar love and take pride in their work.

Improvement needed
I had a sanitizing issue the last time I went and thought the place was on board with proper cleaning due to covid but it's still an issue. I had to sanitize my car myself. When asked if they sanitized, the lady said she didnt know and didnt even check for me.
