Too many reminders from dealership. Thumb down!
Quit emailing & texting me about my upcoming appointment. One time is enough.
I received a confirmation on the same I made an appointment. You remind me on Wednesday & twice on Friday.

Thank you for taking time to give Paramount Hyundai a response on the Sure Critic web site. For every visit you go to a Hyundai dealership, they will send a request for the survey to be done. This is Hyundai policy, not Paramount's.
I apologize you were sent so many reminders of your appointment time. As I explained to you when you called in about the reminders, we were working on the system and there were several like this that went out completely unknown to us.

Quick and easy customer experience. We needed a part, it was ordered, arrived the next day as promised and we were scheduled for the installation that day. Hyundai of Hickory has always provided exceptional service for us! We don't take our vehicles anywhere else, it doesn't make sense. Highly recommend!
