I've purchased six Hyundai vehicles from Zimbrick Hyundai West. With every vehicle I've owned the follow-up service has been excellent. This dealership has earned it's five star rating.

Zimbrick West did a great job on my car, completing the work on time as promised. Although we miss the usual wonderful snacks and drinks in the waiting area, due to COVID19 restrictions, we will be back. I wish they would straighten out their confusing coupons on the internet though. They offer coupons for service with no money off.
2nd visit since Covid and I’m disappointed that not everyone had a mask on, including the person who took and returned our car after service. Touch free payment was never offered either time. Random cup of pens sitting out to for initialing and signing. Not clean.
My service advisor was wonderful! I only scheduled an oil change but it turns out i needed my 45000 mile service. He made sure there was time to get the work done and he offered me options for transportation. He really went the extra mile.
