Thought it was a rod

I have a 2013 ford f150 and I had a severe knocking noise. I was referred to Green Meadows and spoke with Daniel and Stephanie. I was told if it was a rod that we would need to replace motor. He called the next day, and I was sure that it would be a replacement, but he said ,"you're not going to believe what it is". It's not your engine at all, it is actually your catalytic converter. The honey comb has broken loose inside and rattles from the exhaust pressure. I had never heard of this, and he said himself that he or none of his mechanics had seen this either. Long story short. He replaced it and the truck runs as good as it used to. These guys could have really worked me over but they were honest, courteous, and very timely at repairing my truck. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys. Appreciate all of ya'll.

Professional staff with excellent communication.

Honest assessment and thorough communication of the repairs required with recommendations for moving forward. I had them check everything on my F250 diesel knowing that I had some repairs that were going to be expensive and take time to accomplish. They were accommodating and responsive to my needs throughout the process. I highly recommend their services.

My 5 year old Ford truck abruptly would not start

Green Meadows is my selected repair garage, less expensive, more attentive and more prompt than the Ford dealership. After their diagnosis, I learned I needed a high capacity battery, and Daniel explained the specs and expense (which was more than I expected) carefully to me. Once I understood and agreed to the new battery, they had it in within 4 hours and notified me quickly. I trust them!

Highly recommended! Honest and diligent crew! I am mechanically inclined and enjoy working on my own vehicles, but when my truck started making a terrible knocking sound, showing symptoms of a broken flex plate in the transmission. I decided to send it to Green Meadows to be professionally diagnosed. To say I am happy I sent it in, is an understatement. The crew looked over my truck and found it to be a loose belt tensioner making the terrible noise. Saving me time and money! Highly recommended!

He explained all repairs performed and what to keep an eye on in the future. First time to Green Meadows was a good experience.

Quick, honest and reasonably priced

Brought my car in for brake check and a check up before going out of town and they were very quick and customer oriented. They were honest about everything and up front, ordered the part and got it to fixed before I had to go out of town!

Expert staff and service!

We have our vehicles serviced regularly at Green Meadows so they are always in tip top shape. But every once in a while my older vehicle has a problem that might need urgent care. I know I can always count on the wonderful staff at Green Meadows to quickly diagnose and fix the issue and get me back on the road!

Not worth the trouble

Overpriced diagnostics for no real, conclusive or helpful information. Highly Overpriced labor rates.
I was practically robbed for my money and got nothing in return.
Glad I pulled out of that shop before it got worse. Won’t be making that expensive mistake again.

Daniel is very good at explaining the problem with my car. And had the integrity and honesty to not recommend services that were not necessary. Another shop recommended a new transmission ($7000) that was not necessary. It’s so nice to have a mechanic I can trust.
