Excellent, service they explained everything they repaired/or the vehicle required. Great service advisor. You deal with one person, which I find great ,, instead of dealing with multiple people.

Had my Elantra in for inspection and oil change and they got to it right away with no wait. Very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the service department.

very nice people and good service and on time.
I would like to ask a question. First, though, the service at Freedom Hyundai has been excellent. My question is based solely on location. Can I have my service appointments changed to a closer dealer since we have moved, and maintain all the discounts and special service, such as free state inspection. There is a closer dealership on Cumberland Street in Lebanon.

Friendly, efficient service
Very courteous and informative, did the work quickly and completely. While waiting, watched a service manager patiently attend to an irate customer for 45 minutes and never lost his composure. (IMO, the customer’s issue, one of wear and tear of tires, was not any fault of dealership). Great people, great vehicles.

It a good car!
My car is 7 yr old has120,000 miles +on it, and I've had no trouble with it. Except for normal ones. And it been in 2 accident . And several mishap. All but 1 my fault. And she runs great. I make sure i go to the Hyundai dealer for my maintence work. Because they know my car the best.

I wish I remembered the name of the man I spoke with when I took my car in to be serviced. He was super nice & went the extra mile to have the team check something else for me. He also took the time to explain everything to me. 100% would recommend!

Amazing fast, friendly service
They were able to schedule my oil change and tire rotation in three days for a Saturday!!! They are always friendly and efficient!
And the chair massager was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Too bad I only change my oil every 3,000 miles. I might just have to drive around the block a few times just so my next oil change is sooner! What an AMAZING customer service!!! I have recommended this business to several people and can’t wait until my next oil change.

inspection and emissions appointment
upon arriving for my appointment I was told they had no appointment showing for me. They took me in any and performed my requested service. I also complained about a fluttering brake pedal. Was told this happens a lot and was not a safety concern. Will take it to my other mechanic at a different shop and ask to have the rotors cut or replaced if needed to correct this problem so I don't have other issues later. Apparently Hyundai must have cheap rotors installed from new and does not cover them under warranty as this car only has 26000 miles on it.
