The dealer was so timely and proficient that I am more than happy with their continued service and, frankly, they are keeping us as a Hyundai client.

Headquarters, however, during this long drawn out process of securing an engine, could not give me any details, still thinks the engine is on its way, proved abrasive and hedgy in phone calls and flat out told me that the Executives of the company do not communicate with their customers. That's a poor way to run a company and demand so much from the field at the same time. The dealer seems very successful in spite of the company's upper management. You're lucky to have them

Outstanding customer service
Cory Spotts is an excellent service manager, he helped get our problem solved and gave us a nice loaner vehicle to use while our suv was fixed and also kept us updated on our vehicle.

Recall Repair
Great Service every time! This time I was in and out within one hour and had two repairs made. Service manager was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. This is the sixth recall that had to be repaired so I wouldn't recommend buying a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. Do your homework and search Hyundai by year, make and model on www.nhtsa.gov for stats and recall information to find the best years and models to purchase.

Customer Focused and Friendly
I have been a loyal customer of Freedom for eight years. Would never consider going to another dealer. This visit was to address some issues directly and several that I was not certain about. Corey, the service adviser, had complete understanding regarding the issues that I was not certain about. I was able to meet with two technicians who advised me what my alternatives were regarding my concerns. One of the issues was replacing my tires, as they would have performance issues this winter. I next met with Geo. to discuss which tires would meet my needs. He advise was valuable and I am delighted with my decision and my new tires. At this point I had interacted with four service representatives. I can not remember when I received this amount of attention and respect.

Called and made an appointment on the day and time I needed. The service department had an opening that day and time. Changed my oil while I waited. Very efficient and friendly service department!!

My car wouldn't start so I called Freedom Hyundai and explained what had happened. I needed the car repaired that day. I had it towed to them, they got the part and fixed it in just a few hours. My daughter was getting married the next day and i really needed the car. They went above and beyond to help me out.
