Excellent service!
I recently had some routine service/inspection done on my vehicle. Freedom Hyundai came and picked up my car, serviced it and returned it the same day (I was even away on vacation)! Cory in the service dept is awesome to deal with, he's polite, professional and very accommodating! Another top notch service experience at Freedom Hyundai!!!

Fast and easy service
Was able to dro my car off and get to work ontime with no issue, when the vehice was done it was parked outside my office waiting for me.

A super servicing for us
In 11 months I have only had the pleasure of dealing with Tracy Baker and Cory ? (sorry did not get his name or forgot it)and I do not need to know anyone other then her and him. A special thanks to the car courier Mr Lucas and the crew that
worked on the car, they are experienced employees. Not sure if I have the annoying problem which prompted my
request for service but since none was found I assume I have none, I was told to contact them for any reason I may have
in the event it still appears to be present. The promptness extended start to finish is commendable and appreciated. Do extend the sincere gratitude we have for all of the above mentioned and Please share my review with them along with a BOSS workplace atta boy/girl. Hope they continue to be Hyundai employed

Return call and explanation
Service possibly needs a receptionist to answer customer calls instead of call going to voicemail. Return calls left on voicemail are not always prompt when an explanation is wanted regarding issue(s) with owner's car.

Oil change tire rotation
Went in for recall asked for oil change and tire rotation due to only 1000 miles away didn’t want to return next week or so and got a bill of $75.20 never again way to expensive. Will choose another service center at a lower cost by far.
