I was greeted on arrival and the rep was expecting me and reviewed with me what needed to be done. He offered a ride but work was done so quickly , I did not need one.
Service rep was excellent. Very attentive, considerate and knowledgeable.

The wait was longer than expected and I would have preferred a Saturday appointment, but that was not offered on the internet.

Thank you for sharing your feedback!  After reviewing your repair order, I see it took our technician an hour to perform your oil change and complimentary multi-point inspection.  The additional wait time was incurred by the complimentary exterior, hand, car wash.  I apologize if your Service Advisor didn't inform you that the wash would add on about 15-20 minutes to your wait time; if you would like you could skip the wash next visit.  We do look forward to seeing you at your next service interval.

Wonderful Buying experience and Excellent first repair service
I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited just before Christmas. I saw the car online and chose that one and another one to test drive. I contacted Ken (recommended by a friend). He is an excellent salesman, very professional as well as friendly. He never pressured me into buying a new car which really impressed me. Years ago, I worked for 2 different dealerships in VA and am very aware of the pitches some salesmen use. Ken was not at all like that and I felt very comfortable making this purchase. This gentleman even to called me to wish me a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and asked how I enjoyed my car. I would recommend him to everyone! After driving the car home, I encountered a problem that didn't show up during the test drive. I called Chris, the service writer, who had me come in right away. My car was fixed that afternoon. It was covered under warranty and has been running great ever since. I had to make a trip to northern VA soon after and got 37.5 mpg! Can't get any better than that! I'm very pleased! Thank you Parkway! You're A-OK in my book!
