Great Service at a great dealership
The service department at Parkway Hyundia is one of the best in town! They always take good car of our Sonata and they don't charge "an arm & a leg" for their work. I am always treated professionally and with courtesy.... like they appreciate my business and I am convinced that they do!

The staff at the dealership are friendly people
Hi all and I had our first service done on my 2016 hyundai sonata hybrid and Chris in service treated me like a human being with the respect and my service went smoothly and my car was cleaner than when I too it over. Because they washed and dried my car after the service was done. Chris the service manager told me there are two recalls on my car and thank god Hyundia doesn't use those airbags that kill people ;) No my recalls are minor recalls and they will be done next week when the parts come in and I am cool with that. I do love the way you are treated at this dealership and all the sales staff are wonderful people too and treat you like a human and will talk to you with the up most respect and not blow you off like other dealerships do when you not buying a car !!! I will only deal with dealership ;) why buy from toyota or honda because they still use those Faulty Takata Air Bags that have killed people ! Hyundai doesn't use them and thank god for that :) if I could give Parkway Hyundai of Wilmington NC 10 star I would for Sales & Service Departments Later Marty & Christine

Poor ownership of issues
Exhaust leak present after picking up car from engine replacement via recall, claim it had nothing to do with maintenance. This leak & noise was not present when I dropped off vehicle. 6 year navy vet and electrician, do most of own car repairs, will try Jacksonville dealer next.
