First Class Service
Upon arriving Chris, Kate and I discussed my challenge . everyone seemed to know what needed to be done. Chris kept me informed every step of the way. Parts were ordered once received installed. Pickup the car and it ran perfectly.
Thanks to a well oiled machine, and this I attribute to Casey Smith, He has since his arrival continued to improve the the Service Department to become one of the best run Dealerships Service Center I have ever used

The service is great at Parkway!
We had our Sonata serviced at Parkway Hyundai of Wilmington recently and we were given First Class service by both Casey Smith, the Service Manager, and Chris Deen, our Service Consultant. In addition to the routine oil change, fluid check and NC State Inspection, we had the brake system "flushed" as recommended. While our car was "in the shop" their mechanic noticed a leak under the hood. We had to replaced the water pump, so that we would not have any car problems, while traveling up I-40 to visit our children and grandchildren. We were very pleased by the service, professionalism and courtesy extended to us by the staff at Parkway Hyundai of Wilmington.

SERVICE EXPERIENCE
In the 6 years that I have been bringing my car to Parkway, I have always been satisfied with the service received and ever since I have been dealing with Chris Deen, I have been even more satisfied. Always professional, knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. He even went above and beyond when I was having to deal with three broken exterior door handles in years time frame in getting them replaced. Out of the three times, only once was I totally satisfied but the other two times was not due to any fault of Parkway, rather Hyundai National in refusing to cover the cost like they did on the second one.

service was good but took over an hour to change headlight bulbs
service rep said it would be this long but i hoped it would be shorter. Had to return for second time because bulbs were not in stock. Why werent they?

good job....had to change service date to get a lender car which we had mentioned the first time so it was somewhat of a inconvenience to return but "those" things happen. Next time I will call before we leave the ouse to make sure the lender car is available.

My usual complaint is that the service seems to take too long.
I have a pre-paid service plan, so some of the survey questions don't apply (e.g. Will I return)..Should factor this in in the survey questions.
