Friendly,service is good
My concerns were - The main reason I Took my car in, did noT geT Taken care of . When I Try To sTarT my car , iT has an odd sound . IT does noT sTarT and Then Try again and iT finally STarTs. (SomeTimes finally sTarTing The 3rd Time ) IT is noT always hard To STarT buT , IT is geTTing worse . IT sounds like The sTarTer To me buT , your mechanic Though iT mighT be The baTTery. EiTher way , I wish They had fixed iT.

Customer Service
Customer Service is always fantastic when I am at Murdock Hyundai, this time I was disappointed that it took 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation.

Shawn Miller and his service assistants always do a great job. Always friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!
Whenever I bring my car in for servicing or to just get a car wash, I am greeted by friendly workers that seem to be happy and enjoying their work. I wish all businesses treated their customers in such a manner.

Management does their best for good service.
The mechanic that changed my oil forgot to tighten the oil plug. I found the problem two days later and took the car back. They replaced the missing oil and corrected the error. Management apologized, and told me they would be more careful in the future.

Safety Features Reset
My 2018 Sonata was not giving signals for approaching vehicles or persons when backing up. Also, the Land Keep Assist system was OFF. I and my husband both tried to reset the systems, but could not. I drove it to Murdock Hyundai for service. Because I didn't want to stay at the dealership while the car was being serviced, I asked to be driven home. Surprisingly, I was taken home by a very nice Uber driver, who had a new Sonata, which he bought at Murdock. My car's safety features, which were not working properly reset and returned to me in a few hours. The car had also been given an all around inspection and a car wash. Great Service.

Sales and services are outstanding
Great, knowledgeable, caring employees that go the extra miles to see we are satisfied. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2013 Santa Fe and upgraded to the 2015 Santa Fe with all the bells and whistles. We like that one so well we bought a 2015 Elantra GT last week. Love the refreshments while we wait for servicing. Thanks for all you dod to make our association worry free. NO REGRETS!!!

Murdock Hyundai and Simplify
I needed my emissions and registration renewed. I didn’t need to schedule and I drove in and told them my needs and they took my vin number and did my inspection and emissions and registration for me. It was en easy experience and they have a Coke Freestyle Machine so I had my favorite drink while I waited in a clean waiting area.

Dependable and efficient
Getting a car is an expensive endeavor so getting your money's worth is critical. So far I've always felt like Murdock Hyundai has my back by protecting my investment with them. I love my car and feel so supported by this dealer. I'm glad to recommend them to anyone.

Half day long oil change
I took my car in for a simple oil change and they said it would take about 45 minutes which was fine with me. I waited almost 2 hours until i finally threw a little ruckus and then they said another 20 minutes or so. My car came out almost immediately after that so not sure what was going on but it was tooooo long for an oil change.
